We also offer an on-site survey for a 1,000 THB fee, which is waived if you confirm an order with us. Step 2: Design & Final Quotation Visit our showroom to choose your materials, colors, and finishes, after which we will provide a final, detailed quotation for your project. Step 3: Confirmation & Kick-off To proceed, simply sign the agreement, approve the production drawings, and make a 40% deposit to schedule your installation. Step 4: Preparation & Production While you prepare the installation area as needed (e.g., wiring, plumbing), we will begin manufacturing your custom furniture, which takes 15-60 days. Step 5: Payment & Installation A second 40% payment is due before the scheduled date, and then our expert team will arrive to professionally install your furniture. Step 6: Handover & Completion We perform a final review to ensure everything is perfect. Once the work is complete and handed over, the final balance is due.
